CHAI-ACS Resource Navigation is a trusted guide for older adults and caregivers seeking services that honor their values, languages, and faith traditions. From housing and nutrition to caregiving and wellness, we connect families with resources that truly understand their needs.

Our commitment to inclusivity continues to expand through a growing network of regional navigators serving communities in California, Metro Phoenix, Chicagoland, and Metro Detroit.
