CHAI ACS advances sustainable development and safeguards the cultural heritage of Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac communities across the homeland and diaspora.
Founded in 2023 by Josephine Zomayah Attisha and a group of international women leaders, CHAI ACS was created to rebuild from the ground up, strengthen institutions, and protect the cultural heritage of the Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac communities.
Our team brings together experienced female leaders across disciplines to support organizations with strategic guidance, institutional strength, and a shared commitment to community advancement.

CHAI ACS is committed to fostering a community rooted in dignity, respect, and inclusion. We honor the diversity of the individuals and organizations we serve and recognize that varied backgrounds, experiences, and identities shape our strength.
We provide services without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, political affiliation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. Our policies and practices are designed to ensure equitable access, responsible stewardship, and accountability in all aspects of our work.
CHAI ACS maintains standards and procedures for addressing concerns to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

CHAI ACS operates with disciplined governance, fiscal transparency, and a long-term commitment to institutional integrity. Leadership works under board oversight to ensure accountability, responsible stewardship, and measurable community impact.
Our vision is to rebuild from the root — strengthening the institutional, cultural, and economic foundations of Assyrian, Chaldean, and Syriac communities with vulnerable populations across the homeland and diaspora. We believe lasting progress begins with strong systems, preserved heritage, and leadership grounded in both faith and professional standards.
By cultivating solid foundations today, we are building communities prepared to rise with resilience, continuity, and confidence for generations to come.
We welcome community members, partners, and organizations who share this commitment to sustainable development and cultural preservation. Learn more about our work or connect with our team to explore collaboration.
