The CHAI ACS Resource Navigator for Aging connects older adults and caregivers in San Diego County and other regions where our communities reside with culturally responsive services, including benefits navigation, housing support, caregiver resources, healthcare and community referrals, and programs that promote independence, dignity, healthy aging, and meaningful community connection.
BRIDGE, Bridging Resources, Independence, Dignity, and Generational Empowerment, connects MENA and other underserved older adults and caregivers, including Arabic and Sureth/Syriac speakers and families navigating English as a second language, to culturally responsive benefits navigation, trusted referrals, caregiver support, community resources, and meaningful intergenerational storytelling.
Preserving the sacred stories of our Assyrian, Chaldean, Syriac, and broader MENA elders through warm, guided interviews conducted in Sureth, Arabic, and English. Each elder receives a beautifully personalized legacy book, preserving their memories, culture, and life story for generations to come.
RISE is CHAI ACS’s capacity-building and technical assistance program that equips entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders with the tools, mentorship, and funding strategies needed to strengthen operations, access government contracts and funding opportunities, scale sustainably, and expand their community impact.
